All Management Teams Participate in Service on National Customer Day

All Management Teams Participate in Service on National Customer Day

September 22, 2023

MEDIA RELEASE Ungasan, Mangupura, September 4, 2023 – The entire management team at GWK Cultural Park celebrated National Customer Day, which fell today. Division and department heads were directly involved in serving visitors. Even the Operations Director of GWK Cultural Park, Stefanus Yonathan Asstayasa, personally drove a buggy for elderly visitors who received free priority buggy service. The entire management team warmly welcomed visitors at the Plaza Bhagawan ticketing area and distributed 3,000 GWK-patterned scarves while chatting with them. The atmosphere at Plaza Bhagawan was warm with the involvement of leaders at various service points. GWK Cultural Park remains committed to serving with World-Class Hospitality standards. To appreciate customers, today GWK Cultural Park is offering a 10% discount on all products at Kencana Souvenir and Jendela Bali – Panoramic Resto. An additional 5% discount is available at the restaurant by posting a photo with employees on social media. This promotion is valid exclusively on National Customer Day, from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. "In today's digital era, there's one essential element we want to maintain in our services at GWK Cultural Park: the human-to-human connection. We want visitors to have an unforgettable experience with various digital facilities, including e-Kiosks for easy ticket purchases, access to area maps via QR code, automatic shoe cover machines, digital greeters, and an interactive wall inside the main statue. However, the human touch must always accompany all of this," explained Stefanus Yonathan Asstayasa, Operations Director of GWK Cultural Park. "Because, as we all know, people can forget what they hear and what they see, but they can't forget what they feel," Stefanus added. Service excellence is the foundation of GWK Cultural Park's commitment to service and is a daily practice for all employees. In addition to its 3D digital animations with captivating stories, GWK presents a signature offering of 15 cultural performances every hour, every day. "Guest experience is one thing, but memorable experience is the goal. To provide a memorable experience, service must involve human intervention through interaction. The hope is that GWK Cultural Park will provide convenience through digital facilities in this AI era, but without neglecting the connection between employees and visitors," Stefanus concluded. About Garuda Wisnu Kencana Cultural Park Garuda Wisnu Kencana (GWK) Cultural Park is a cultural park covering approximately 60 hectares located in Ungasan, Badung Regency, approximately 10-15 minutes from Ngurah Rai International Airport. Since 2012, under the management of PT Alam Sutera Realty Tbk, GWK has undergone various facility renovations. Improvements to facilities and infrastructure in the main area of GWK Cultural Park, such as Plaza Wisnu, Lotus Pond, Festival Park, Amphitheater, Indraloka Park, Tirta Agung, and other areas, have been made to enhance visitor comfort. In 2018, the GWK statue, an icon of Indonesia, was inaugurated by the President of the Republic of Indonesia, Ir. Joko Widodo. The GWK Cultural Park area comprises several venues, including Plaza Wisnu, Lotus Pond, and Festival Park. The park covers an area of 5,000 square meters and frequently hosts major national and international events. The amphitheater, which serves as a venue for arts and cultural performances, has a seating capacity of up to 500. As a 21st-century tourism destination, GWK has evolved into a cultural park that offers a variety of events, including cultural performances, entertainment attractions, diverse sculptures, and unique limestone cliff landscape art. Furthermore, GWK offers a culinary destination, highlighting the charm of Ungasan Hill at Jendela Bali and Beranda Resto. A variety of unique and interesting souvenirs are available at Kencana Souvenir.
