Parade Budaya Bali di GWK: Gabungkan 2 Seni Pertunjukan Bali

GWK Cultural Park has solidified its position as a premier destination in Bali. GWK has successfully captured the attention of domestic and international tourists with its diverse activities and cultural performances. The beauty of the majestic Garuda Wisnu Kencana statue has captivated visitors from all over the world. Furthermore, one of its main attractions is the Balinese Arts Performances, which authentically showcase local culture. Therefore, it's no surprise that the Bali Cultural Parade is one of the most popular performances among visitors.

The Balinese Cultural Parade is a unique creation and the only one of its kind at GWK Cultural Park. Through a brilliant collaboration, this performance combines two classical sacred dances: Sanghyang Jaran and Sanghyang Dedari , accompanied by Baleganjur music. Sanghyang Jaran features a male dancer riding a horse in gallant and energetic movements. Meanwhile, Sanghyang Dedari captivates visitors with the elegance of the female dancers, depicting the dance as a ward off danger or a plea for safety.

GWK Cultural Park has successfully packaged the Balinese Cultural Parade into a new and unique dance creation. This performance is not only an attraction, but also a celebration that enriches and emphasizes Balinese cultural identity in a contemporary way. For example, the Sanghyang Jaran and Sanghyang Dedari dances serve as a means for Balinese people to communicate with God.

These two dances also symbolize the meaning of the 3 hita karana (three hita karana ), which encompass relationships with fellow humans, nature, and the Creator. Meanwhile, the presence of the mapeed tradition, or procession carrying offerings, adds a distinctive touch. This gives the Balinese Cultural Parade its unique appeal. It's no wonder this parade is one of the most anticipated performances by visitors to GWK Cultural Park.
